Bella is inspired by what she sees. Her work focuses on figures, landscapes and still life objects.

Bella is an artist and educator whose work is inspired by close observation of the world around her. Her practice explores form, movement and everyday objects through drawing.

Bella began attending life drawing classes at fourteen under the guidance of Dilip Sur. She later completed an Art Foundation at the City & Guilds of London Art School and continued her studies at the Charles Cecil Studios in Florence, developing a strong grounding in observational drawing.

For Bella, drawing is also a mindful and restorative practice. During periods of anxiety in her early twenties, she discovered that the simple rhythm of observation and mark-making offered a sense of calm and focus.

Inspired by this experience, she founded Bella’s Bits & Bobs, a series of life drawing workshops designed to share the therapeutic and grounding qualities of drawing. Through her warm and supportive teaching style, Bella encourages participants to let go of judgement, relax into the process, and discover a sense of creative flow at the drawing board.
